1. Turn off your phone while you sleep

You should do this in order to prevent yourself from putting unnecessary things in your shopping cart. You will realize the excess ingredients in things which you are about to consume, once you start reading food labels. For example, you would probably think twice before buying a chips packet, which is high on MSG levels.

3. Use cash instead of credit cards


You will never have a debt-free life if you use credit cards instead cash. People tend to swipe credit cards more often and forget their purchases later on. For this reason, it is wise choice to prefer cash instead of a credit card.

It is often very difficult to manage time in our lifestyles. Eating at your desk while you were working for a few hours may have a heavy toll on your health. Exercise your brain by doing things with your left hand. It will improve your grip over things and sharpen your brain. For example, you can write a work with your left hand each day. It will seem hard at first, but you’ll improve your handwriting of your practice every day.

9. Say thank you more often

Saying ‘thank you’ is a small gesture that will make other person’s day. Being grateful makes a person more positive. Therefore, the next time a postman delivers you a letter, smile at him and say ‘thank you.’ It won’t matter much to you, but it will mean a lot to the postman.
