Has it ever happened to you that you wanted to clean the oven, opened it and just decided not to do it? It is to me. However, there is an easy way to clean even the dirtiest oven and to make it shine.

If you are struggling to clean your oven properly, and after a lot of effort and not so cheap detergents, your oven still does not shine as you would like, you will find this cleaning method very simple – it costs almost nothing and there is no use of potentially dangerous chemicals.

All you need is a small bowl, spray bottle, baking soda, common sponges and rags and vinegar. To clean the inside of the oven, mix 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda with water in the bowl so that you get a liquid that can be sprayed through the bottle. Scrape larger pieces of food and spray the inside of the oven using your homemade detergent. Leave it overnight.

After at least 12 hours, use a sponge or cloth to gently wipe the inside of the oven to remove the detergent. For better results, you can repeat the process every 12 hours, let’s say two days, and during that period you may use the oven as you would normally. The last time you spray the oven, heat it until it is comfortably warm and get prepared for final cleaning. Use an ordinary kitchen sponge, and you will be surprised how easy it takes off all the dirt.

Rinse and wipe, and then turn it on to low temperatures only to dry it completely. For extra cleaning there is another trick. Mix soda and vinegar in the pot, which at first will cause a little “explosive” reaction. Put the baking soda as necessary to get a thick paste, and using this mixture on a cloth wipe the oven and then of course rinse well. The glass on the oven also can be cleaned with a thick mixture of baking soda and water. Leave it for 30-40 minutes to act, and then wipe with a clean cloth.
